Nothing negative to say about this great hotel. Conveniently located near museum island, the cathedral and Alexanderplatz. Also within a very small walking distance to U bahn station to explore the rest of Berlin. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the rooms very clean with all that you needed (hairdryer, safe, fridge etc). Beds were very comfortable and the room was very insulated from any outside noise. There was even welcoming beers in the room when you arrive. The breakfast was also good with continental, some hot food also provided along with a selection of teas and coffee. The price is also not excessive for the quality of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I visited Berlin

As a family of 5 we stayed here in 2 rooms for 3 nights. The hotel is very well located in the middle of Berlin, about 15 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. There is an Uber station and supermarket within 5 minutes walk too. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept. We had a little kitchen area too - ideal for us. The sauna and steam room are available from 3pm - we were the only ones there so really had good use of it for half hour - lovely treat. Staff on the desk were helpful with information too. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel and we would look to stay here if we revisit Berlin. Vielen Dank!

Very nice location with access to parking space in safe location. Easy access to train and museums. Hotel was clean with a decent location, facilities were all adequate and helpful staff . Bed for third person was really small and pillows are uncomfortable! Overall, it is luxury, clean hotel with good staff service

I am very happy with my stay here. Everything is very closed, almost no need to take a public transport. The hotel is clean, my room was spacious and with a bathtub. 😍 nice view from the room! The only thing I would improve is a new tv with the smart tv option. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed at the Living Hotel for 6 nights in December 2023. We were very happy with our room and customer service! The room we received much earlier than check in time - upon our arrival at 9 am without extra charge!!! Great sauna and steam room! Excellent room services and cleaning services! Perfect location- walking distance to all attractions and public transportation. Amazing place to stay
